It comes in one shade ~ dark ~ but don’t be alarmed it adjusts to your skin tone. I am medium generally, if not a little bit pale during winter and I applied the foam and left it on for 4 hours; it was the perfect tan colour for me and lasted about a week or so, before it faded naturally.
