With over 65 musicians comprising of the Prague FILMharmonic Orchestra and Irish musicians, ‘What I Did For Love’ will be one of the biggest albums recorded by an Irish independent artist this year. Produced and arranged by internationally renowned, music producer, Gavin Murphy, the release of ‘What I For Love’ will be Paul’s most commercial crossover album to date.
An album for the fans, ‘What I Did For Love’ marks a milestone for Paul’s loyal fanbase who helped raise over €35,000.00 earlier this year through Indiegogo, as part of a crowdfunding social media activity to help fund this new album.
Speaking on the launch of the new album, Paul said,
“This is an album I’ve always wanted to do. It’s my biggest one yet and I hope all walks of life will enjoy the songs on it. It has been a huge challenge to get it over the line with the year that’s been in it, but that was all the more reason to get it done. The album reflects that despite everything going against you, you can overcome. Much like the arts, we may be down, but we’re not out. We will be back. This album is a symbol of that. The fans contributed a huge amount to the album and I say now, the album is by them, for them!“
‘What I Did For Love’ is available to preorder now at Golden Discs or get it this Friday, 27th of November in Golden Discs stores nationwide or stream on all major streaming platforms including Spotify and iTunes.
