Joanne Peat opened The Bakehouse Dublin 10 years ago and the bakery has gone from strength to strength over the years, offering 'a special combination of Irish warmth and friendliness, along with the best quality homemade foods, baked goods and carefully chosen beverages.
With the lockdown rules firmly in place and customers unable to frequent the locations in Bachelor's Walk and the CHQ Building in Dublin city and events and catering on hold, Joanne turned to deliveries to keep the clients happy.
Bakehouse Dublin is offering a range on delicious Bakehouse Boxes to suit every occasion, whether it be for a family brunch or celebration at home.
Helen Desbois chatted to Joanne about the Bakehouse beginnings and adapting to keep things going during the pandemic.
