Julia Watson had spent her life working on other company's high end brands and through her love of travel and dream of uplifting talented artisans around the world, her company Tribe and Fable was born. The stories behind the tribes who help create these beautiful pieces.
From a Maasai Warrior who hand-casts padlocks in sand and wax, to Balinese ladies who knot and supply handmade tassels and even the packaging which is supplied through a social enterprise group in Kenya, Julia has made her mark creating unique and positive pieces to suit every lifestyle.
Julia's company has gone from strength to strength over the past 7 years and we are delighted to feature Tribe and Fable on SmallBiz In Full HD. Helen Desbois chatted with Julia about her incredible brand and story of inspiration.
